Return of My Adonis is the story of Tiffany West. As a young woman a tragic mistake separated her from the love of her life.  Brandon and Tiffany have both survived devastating emotional tragedies which have since plagued their individual lives. Twenty years have passed and now without warning she suddenly crosses paths with Brandon again.  Is it just a passing physical attraction between long lost lovers, or can they overcome the past and endure their challenges to find true love a second time...?

History:

The original manuscript for Adonis was my first novel, partially inspired by a news story about a couple who fell in love as teens, were separated by a move, and met again after they both were widowed. It  was written in 2006 with the goal of practicing my skills and discovering whether I could actually complete the story. I finished it and did minor editing, but was it set aside as other projects materialized and hijacked my focus. I was encouraged by my support team on numerous occasions to revisit the project, but something always seemed to interfere.

Fast forward to 2020; as the pandemic and quarantines left me with time to review and reflect I FINALLY decided to go back to rewrite and edit Adonis. The main story and characters have remained intact as I focused my efforts on how the story is told rather than changing the events of the plot. It has been a labor of love and the release was adversely affected by unforeseen personal difficulties but has been worth the effort. I hope that my readers will enjoy this reworked edition!
